no breaks, get a break if you got the bus back to the check point at a decent time, same thing for lunch. Concentrated training more on HR things than route/ driving training. 30 min pretrip check you are given 15 min or less to do. Some supervisors are not nice, you are supposed to listen to them but if you listen to them and they are wrong you will get written up, if you don't listen to them you still get written up. No set schedule. The schedule could be all over the board and changed even during a shift. Forget about the posted schedule you need to check it daily. They said after training you would get the raise, NO, they said read the fine print, it's after 6 months. Don't try to schedule a vacation or take time off, seniority takes up all available vacation times and you're left with nothing. And time off was never approved. The list could go on but I will leave it at that.
