Pros
Great place to start your sales career, but not a place you stay for more than ~3-4 years. Leadership and culture was mostly supportive. Industry leads to many orgs legally required to provide compliance software, which makes value easier.
Cons
Product does not compete in marketplace. Customers always complaining about feature limitations or outdated interface/courseware, and now AI has exasperated that. Always losing deals due to competitors offering more for less money. Additionally, farmer roles (majority of AE positions) have become more support/retention tech's due to other departments falling short, as seen when the support department moved offshore. I was spending 40% of my time trying to keep existing partnerships happy. Makes for a difficult selling environment. Also, pay is slightly below market value.
