Thank you for sharing your experience. We hear your feedback on our working model and compensation. As our workplace model continues to evolve, we strive to create a hybrid environment where our team's are connected and have the continuous support and collaboration needed to support their success. Pay is also an important reality in our lives and how we feel valued for the important work we do. It's something we continually review as we work to ensure our practices remain competitive, fair, and responsible. As we do see gaps form, we prioritize making adjustments to our starting values so we can continue to hire and retain great people. Thanks again for sharing your perspective, we hope you are thriving since you've left our team and wish you the very best! - NAVEX People Team

Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
