Pros
Office has a shuffleboard that never gets used
Cons
Where to start.....Overall this has been an extremely disappointing experience. To begin with there is a "bench" of AE's waiting for territories to open up....think about that for a minute....Management turns so many people over that they have your replacement waiting in a cube for you to get fired and they openly talk about this....talk about fear management! Of course having so much turnover requires training...the onboarding experience was horrific (trainers talk negatively about other employees and openly discuss how bad the current AE's are at their jobs. Trainer does not understand the job that they are training for). Once you are in territory your manager will tell you to "get it done anyway you can" when the door is closed and then tell you the opposite when their words may be heard by others. This goes all the way to the top as the CEO expresses religiously about his open door policy yet he does not respond to employees when they ask for his time. This is an ethics and compliance company that does not talk their own talk. Discussion of open door reporting tools that the sales staff is expected to sell to customers the company does not believe in enough to use themselves. Beware for there is a culture of retaliation if you "say it". They say buyer beware and this is what I tell you if you are looking at coming on board.
