Pros

The building is okay and hardware is relatively up to date. Fellow CS's are pretty friendly on a good day.

Cons

While interviewing as a CS you will be informed that this is a fast-paced environment which is true. What they don't say is that the company is growing too fast for the CS's to keep up, and upper management could care less. Service levels are terrible are calls come back to back. The new software stalls every few minutes and calls take twice as long to process. No one cares enough to fix software issues, probably because they don't use the software. As a result your productivity suffers which means your rank suffers and then your raise and shift preference is suffers. Company culture is amazing, if you're a salaried employee. We constantly get emails about parties and food but there never seems to be anything for theCS's. We end up feeling generally left out. Pay is not good especially considering that the turnover rate is absolutely horrible which means you'll be doing twice the amount of work. The attendance policy is very strict. In the interview you are told that career growth is a major pro for this position. It is not. I have applied for three positions and been told that I should cross train, that I haven't been here long enough, and that my attendance isn't perfect. Even though I have consistent Outstanding report quality I was not even considered for a position that is in charge OF CHECKING QUALITY. You would think that being consistently outstanding (aka excelling at my job) would be enough to at least be interviewed. But no, they hire an employee who is average at best but had perfect attendance for only the quarter that he or she applied. Being good at your job does not matter here management just wants butts in seats. I feel really bad for coaches. There are not enough coaches to provide consistent feedback and they are overworked as they are forced to both take calls and score calls. It has been this way for an entire quarter. The incessant overtime requests from management are annoying at best and abusive at worst. We will sometimes get three to four emails a day begging the CS's to come in for overtime. When it gets bad, even the overtime incentives are crappy. They do a raffle and if you work over a certain amount of extra hours then you get an entry into a raffle for some under $50 gift card, if you have perfect attendance. Everywhere else I've worked at and heard of offers double time as an incentive. It's just upsetting that an ethics company is the worst company I've ever worked for. I get that hourly employees are seen as disposable; however, this is the only company I've been at where that fact is exceptionally obvious.

Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
