Pros

A stable source of income with great coworkers.

Cons

Less competitive salary with little growth opportunity and a lack of disciplinary action for those who are disruptive. Also lengthy hiring process when the few internal job offerings become available - including 2 to 3 interviews. [Sigh] Then there's the benefits.

Dear NG Team Member, First, I want to thank you for being apart of our team for 8 years!!! NG is definitely a stable, growing organization and I also agree we are not perfect. I did want to share with you that we have taken some definitive steps from our January 2017 Engagement Survey. You might recall we established a team of Cultural Ambassadors tasked to help us strengthen our workplace culture. In fact, ~ one week ago this team delivered their first recommendation to our Exec Team regarding a new development program for our top talent and they have several more tasks that will be presented to our execs in the weeks ahead. We will be sure to reiterate the progress of this team in our CEO updates and Town Halls as we do want to ensure people are aware of the progress being made on this front. In regards to compensation, we do evaluate compensation to ensure equity. Because our organization exists based on multiple previous organizations rolled into one, we do have some gaps to close in regards to market pay, which we are making progress on each year. Thank you again for taking time to share your thoughts and dedication to NG! Best, Cindy Raz

Pros

Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better. Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible. Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.

Cons

Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold. The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.
