Pros

--Location of office building makes for easy commute from I-5 or 217. --Relatively flexible schedule depending on department.

Cons

--Compensation is extremely low across the board in Lake Oswego. You'll be paid significantly less than someone with the same title and responsibilities down the street. Claim ‘compensation research’ all you want, but take an honest look at all the reviews which mention this as a major grievance. --Revolving door turnover across the company. Most employees are in their first 6 months or have been there for 6+ years. The few caught in the middle are actively looking elsewhere. --Culture is a strange, jumbled mess. NAVEX wants to be a hip, trendy software company without putting in any of the effort. Office is bare, kitchens empty, events are sporadic and often scheduled days before the end of a sales cycle. No effort is taken to check or develop culture other than the annual surveys that are blatantly ignored --Upper management has a bad case of being an old-fashioned boys club. Take a look at the executive team. --Benefits are horrid, and management knows it. You can sugar coat it all you want, but a plan with no means of a deductible lower than $1500 isn't competitive. --Overall company morale is exceeding low. Most feel undervalued, overworked, and burned out.

Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
