Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
