      Pros

      A good place to stay stagnant

      Cons

      They say they’re transparent, but that’s not the case. Going into the pandemic they outlined a process in which there would be a hiring freeze, a wage freeze, optional furlough, then if it came down to it- layoffs. However, here were a massive number of promotions across the company, and people were laid off. They know the right things to say, but I wouldn’t trust them.

I do want you to know that you may be confused between our wage freeze and our hiring efforts that resulted in people receiving a change in pay. NAVEX Global is one of the fortunate organizations that has been able to continue hiring during the pandemic. When a role is open, we look first across our existing team to advance, which would include a change in pay and title to align with their new role. No one that was not moved to a new role in 2020 received a change in pay. I hope you have found a new role that you love. Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts on this forum!       Pros

      Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better. Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible. Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.

      Cons

      Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold. The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.
