Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better.
Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible.
Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.
Cons
Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold.
The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.
