Pros
Great benefits, vacation, 401k etc. package. Loads of training and would highly recommend to someone getting started in sales as their training is top notch.
Cons
Literally too many meetings. I appreciate the sales recognition but having an hour long meeting every other Thursday, on top of 1 hour long meeting with your manager every week, on top of staying up to date on product knowledge little time is left for actual selling. Also, pay is woefully low compared to the market. 80K base to deal with customer complaints and endless support issues is easily 10-15K off what the market is offering. Product is dated as company is focusing on M&A instead of product development. The doc management system was supposed to have a LMS back in 2018 and they're still discussing it. Start-up companies are outpacing this E&C gorilla due to slow changes and too many processes. I know this is sales, but cranking up the micro-managing during an ongoing pandemic is wearing out AE's and its showing because you're continuously losing top talent to competitors. If you're a farmer you'll deal with ongoing support issues and aggravated customers which will slow down your ability to sell.
