NAVEX goes out of its way to underpay. If you move departments, your pay is tied it to what you were paid in your previous position instead of the salary band of the new position you are taking. They have mastered the art of exploiting their employees. Raises are laughable even if you receive the highest possible ratings and they do not support career growth, despite their current mission to "be the ONE" place people grow their careers. Why would people grow their careers at a company that doesn't pay people what they are worth or even close to it? Don't waste your time.
