Pros

NAVEX Global really strives to do the right thing. This is something that is not as common as you might think. Employees can make mistakes, but leadership, in general, provides an excellent forum to coach and allow all to learn, improve and grow within their fields. The people are here to help each other and work cohesively!

Cons

Benefits are nowhere near as good as they used to be, but somewhat\somehow still competitive. Fast pace can often lead to too much work without enough staff to execute. Implementing newer technologies within the organization can be challenging, since the time to deliver and ramp up on the technology and deliver with proper execution, is almost impossible.

Thank you for your post. I love the ideas about round table discussions; to that end, we have implemented task teams to head up a number of new initiatives around corporate culture and values, but I like the idea of keeping that conversation alive. Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
