Pros

Commission was easy to understand. The lower level sellers were cool, but we all bonded over the horrible working conditions and soul crushing micromanagement

Cons

They often hire people without actual roles open. That’s how bad the turnover is here, so you can go through 5 weeks of some of the worst and most pointless training in the industry and not even have a job waiting when you graduate. Often time people get fired during training. It’s an outdated churn and burn model that values people in the absolute lowest. Many of the products are unsellable and embarrassing to showcase. It’s like trying to showcase a software from 8 years ago… it’s laughable. Very hard to attain quota with practically ZERO marketing qualified leads. Micromanaging environment… leadership and managers seem to have no experiences outside of Navex so in their mind, it is the be all end all. All have drank the Kool-Aid. I would highly recommend not even applying here. Very poor base salary

Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
