Compensation is well below market and industry standards across the board. It's pretty embarrassing and it's obvious NAVEX really has no interest in fairly compensating their employees. The company was recently purchased by a private equity firm and this has suppressed raises but compensation was terrible before the acquisition. Pay is roughly 30-50% below market rate for a similar role in the software industry.
There is little to no interest in rewarding/keeping top talent or developing some sort of career path (the organization is very flat). The compensation would be one thing if the benefits (medical, work from home policy, etc.) made up for the gap but unfortunately the benefits may be worse. Turnover is constant and management doesn't seem concerned, employees are viewed as replaceable and just part of the machine. Really bright and productive employees leave the organization for better opportunities on a consistent basis.
