      Pros

      The company culture surpasses that of any other organization I've worked for. Employees are friendly and eager to make new hires feel welcome. Many opportunities to participate in volunteer projects, events, and community outreach programs.

      Cons

      Management's expectations are unrealistic. My experience is that employees are forced to choose between providing decent customer service and meeting individual production goals.

      Pros

      Free food and the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
