Have you read the story of the frog and the pot of boiling water? If you toss a frog into boiling water, it will immediately jump out. If you slowly raise the temp, the frog will cook to death. Welcome to NCCI! You will be "cooked to death" there. Like a cult, you will get "love bombed" by many managers and trainers initially creating an illusion that the water isn't hot at all. Respect is one of their core values. A complete joke, nothing but pretty words on your badge. This company can literally drive you to drink. Their lack of work/life balance, stress and emotional abuse can literally ruin your home life. It ruined mine. If you have a family crisis, they could care less and will actually exacerbate the situation. They are cruel and ruthless to the extreme. You mean nothing to them. They will fire you after many years without a second thought. What a cold, heartless organization. Don't walk, RUN away from this place and your life will be much happier as a result. I wish Glassdoor existed years ago when I was hired. I would have NEVER signed on. THIS is the REAL NCCI. Don't let anyone tell you differently!
