      - Great opportunities for promotion and for moving up within the organization - Good company culture at the company, good company to work for because of the strong culture

      Cons

      - I would expand opportunities for telecommuting full-time offsite should an employee have to move away

      Pros

      Free food and the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
