Excellent Culture with great benefits and good flexibility

Not many. It's a great company

Free food and the ability to work remotely.

Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
