      Great benefits Great work life balance Great employees Fun environment

      Cons

      Impossible to get promoted if you are an African American in certain divisions. Some areas do not have 1 single African American as a manager, or consultant, the entire company does not have 1 as an Executive Team member. There is a feeling of hopelessness. No chance for advancement. Recent focus on Diversity and Inclusion. But fails to address the problem at hand.

      Free food and the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
