Pros

The benefits. You get 20 days of PTO immediately and you have the option to buy 5. The benefits are good. Great management.

Cons

The pay isn't that great. For an entry level positions that require an AA, you're gonna start at 45. For a position that requires a BA, your starting salary will be 50k. Getting a 2% raise each year is the norm.

Free food and the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
