It is a good place to get retired, they put a lot of effort every year to the Diversity, Inclusion, Candor and Care. Right now they are starting new projects with more modern technologies. They offer a lot of training, good benefits.

The salaries are not that high

Free food and the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
