      If they offer you a job COUNTER OFFER. I did and got 10k more. Opening bid is always an insulting low ball in my opinion.

      Have you seen this companies website? It's a joke. Any idea how a company plans do a web redesign without doing proper user testing? Don't waste your time at NCCI

      Free food and the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
