NCCI is a great company to work for. They have an excellent management team that is dedicated to fostering an excellent work environment for it's employees

Cons

Due to the tenure of many employees, moving up within the company especially to senior positions can take longer than in other companies.

Free food and the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Pay. Most companies in the area pay 20-30% more than NCCI does. These "competitive" salaries are a bit of a joke and a stretch. Do not expect to get paid fairly unless you reach manager level which could take you 10-20 years to get to if you're lucky.
