- Nothing is consistent; senior management will preach " take time to help families" (as they claim that's what NCSA is all about) then after the 20 min rah-rah speech is over they'll criticize you for taking too much time talking with each family and not setting more meetings - Work schedule is always changing (don't expect 9-5) - As a Scout Coordinator, you are treated like dirt and required to do about 10 different tasks at once - As a National Scout, you literately work 7 days a week, 12 hours on both saturday and sunday - 50+ hours a week, and thats if your sales team is doing well and hitting numbers - The whole interview is filled with empty promises - Scout Coordinator team leads are a joke - Blatant lies to customers/families are encouraged, anything to get an enrollment - No structure with any aspect in the sales department - Low integrity and teamwork among co-workers (as a scout coordinator), people are constantly stealing other peoples lead - Promotion to National Scout will take way longer then advertised (really only advancement option available) - High employee turnover - The building is a joke, tight confinement, holes in the roof that rain comes through, rocks crumble off the wall and ceiling daily - People constantly complaining about problems and how much they dislike working there
