Terrible HR department, old-timers getting a free ride, favoritism - Anonymous employee NDS Employee Review

I've never seen such a Macchiavellian HR Department as at NDS. Your concerns and needs are not represented by this department, though they pretend to be on your side. Senior management in the card plant is not interested in advancement of its employees or fairness. There is much favoritism at play and gross salary inequities. A few people do most of the work.
