Pros
From the top down there is a clear direction and purpose for the company. The CEO is willing to work alongside the employees and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. I have felt more valued as an employee here than in any other work experience. Pay is extremely competitive compared to similar roles at other places of employment. Leadership values hard work, and helps you to feel valued and empowered. The company takes a progressive stance through its product, leadership, and direction to ensure work in the public sector is fair and equitable for all protected classes. Every other week a company wide “town hall” meeting is held to inform the employees of the businesses growth and direction. Transparency is key here. I really appreciate this as it is not something I have experienced everywhere I have worked previously.
Cons
I have been here nearly a year and have not yet identified any large issues or complaints. The company seems to try and listen to advice from employees and make changes accordingly.
