1. Great lower management - SDR VP is amazing 2. Freedom to run your TAM how you want to run it. 3. Opportunities to earn far beyond your quota.

Cons

1. Under performers aren’t let go on all levels; SDR’s who perform have to wait over a year past the “advertised promotion time” to move forward. 2. Strong preference towards external candidates in interviews. 3. You wil not have a quiet space. We have zero cubicles, so you can and will have background sound on calls. 4. Some tenured AE’s have “diva like” behavior

Aggressive commission structure. If you get a low quota as a first year seller you can make decent money

Maybe 2 competent people in all of leadership. Pay is underwhelming
