Pros

The amount of work is low for the dollar amount paid. The relationships you get to build with residents can be very meaningful.

Cons

The company doesn't put forth any effort to provide meaningful feedback or performance reviews for it's employees. Employees are left in the dark about procedures and expectations, and corrective action is never taken to ensure the properties are satisfied with the level of service we're providing. This leads to loss of contracts with properties and leaves employees without jobs at no fault of their own.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
