      Pros

      Lax management staff (get away with murder), Easy money (perfect for a seasonal job), decent annual bonuses from residential properties

      Cons

      Training (still looking for it a year later), no support, no time and half when working holidays, and high turn over be prepared to work your shift and anyone else's.

      Pros

      If you love hospitality and service you will love this job! It really is fun to meet new people, help them when they are in need, and develop relationships with clients, and coworkers. They started me at $10/hour and I ended up getting a dollar promotion. I genuinely enjoy what I do and the perks are great. Tips, dinners, gifts!!

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!! They are so unorganized and you live like 2 steps away from getting fired at any given moment due to directors' inconsistencies, lack of communication and bs-ing. They do whatever they can to keep contracts and don't care about policies or procedures. It's really hard to do your job when the leaders don't know how to manage people. Everyone acts like crabs in a bucket trying to be at the top and they suck at their jobs. I have to constantly cover for people and their mistakes!

      Great job if you don't plan on having a career or staying long.

      Cons

      They don't care one bit about their employees. They don't like intelligent individuals that push back. They like employees that do what they say with no questions asked. Oh yeah....they talk to people like trash. Quick to throw you under the bus. No integrity.
