Pros

You will get the opportunity to meet and network with great residents.

Cons

The supervisors will allow the property managers to have you do whatever work they want you to do, even work that was not described to you when interviewed. There is never enough coverage, and people are threatened with termination if they need to call out. Do not expect a supervisor to listen to come to you with concerns or issues, they may just spread a rumor amongst the rest of the staff.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
