      Pros

      The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

      Cons

      Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.

      Every other aspect about this company is truly unprofessional, they dont take any consideration about life outside of work and blatantly ignore employees. I have never seen such a “big” company lack the awareness of everyone.
