Pros

Nice views from the properties, the residents.

Cons

Literally everything else about the job. They will lie about what hours they can give you. They'll try to skim your hours, look at your paycheck closely every single time! They'll have you train new employees without letting you know in advance. Everyone quits within a month or two. In the time I worked at a property, I heard of about 17 people quitting by just not showing up. NFC is also losing property contracts because of the rate of their turnover. Chances are you'll also end up with an incompetent director, and if you're working at their newest property in Seattle you definitely will.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
