Pros

A JOB when you’re Jobless. Just to get your feet wet, dry them off and run as fast as you can!

Cons

Get promoted to be HARASSED, MicroManagement from the TOP of LEADERSHIP trickling down to the lowest of staff members on site. DISCRIMINATION, BULLYING STAFF by other staff members and leadership is aware, BULLYING MANAGERS and Leadership is aware, UNPROFESSIONALISM, UNFAIR, NOT SAFE, THERE IS NO INTEGRITY, NO LEADERSHIP, NO MISSION, NO SERVICES, VERY CONTRADICTORY, CERTAIN STAFF has FAVORITISM, & CERTAIN STAFF are CLICKS, When using Freedom of Speech/Speaking up for yourself you will be labeled as INSUBORDINATIONS OR TOLD TO USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. According to the managers the EMPLOYEES of this company obtains write-up notification, One-sided Zoom meetings or telephone harassment calls every other day while NFC AMENITY MANAGEMENT is deceiving the Tenants/Residents lying on them to the NFC staff members. This takes place WHILE Upper Leadership is listening to the whole conversation over the telephone or the distrust conversations about the staff. Do not TRUST THE CORPORATE OFFICE especially “NANCY”

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
