Pros

I love working for NFC I make great money and enjoy my job I seen reviews saying that they make you do to much work that's a lie honestly this job is very laid back.

Cons

The only thing bad I can say is keep track of your own hours!!!!!!!! There is also a big turnover rate I am not sure why they cannot hire reasonable people who want to work.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
