Pros
You meet "Interesting" people, not so much a Pro as blatant satire
Cons
You would think that with a company that specializes in "Amenity Management" they would be a bit more selective in their clientele and employees. Then again, they completely overwork all of their staff, and offer abysmal benefits. I could care less for these "Life Mart" discounts, and are you really going to charge over $100's of dollars for basic medical benefits. This doesn't even include the dental and vision insurance. $100's of dollars per paycheck. They also "adjust" your timesheets so you aren't paid for the actual time you work, so if your coworker is late by an hour, too bad, you get paid just for the shift you're scheduled. The apartment complexes that are serviced by this company are just as atrocious, treating their concierge as gophers instead of concierge. I could continue, but it just isn't worth the time. Overall, just don't work here, the pay is okay, but everything that comes with it is absolutely horrendous.
