Pros

Management is somewhat hands off. They are pretty flexible with taking days off. You can possibly meet some cool fellow employees.

Cons

Promotion opportunities are a straight out lie. They will change their opinions on a whim based on what the client says and will always throw lower employees under the bus. They probably won't fire you but they will never give you a raise despite telling you it's coming.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
