Pros

The pay is great compared to other companies in the industry, Area and Regional directors are both supportive. Plenty of room for career advancement if you put in the work. There is a acceptable amount of transparency through the company.

Cons

Having to cover for unfilled shifts as a director but I understand that is what comes with accepting the position. Company does not provide electronic devices for the Concierge Directors.

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
