do not care about overtime

the managers do work that they are not qualified for. They often fire and hire a lot of people that are not qualified and want them to do many roles outside of their qualifications. This makes the job harder and means no one really has a job title.

Pros

The pros of working here was being able to work independently and with the clients.

Cons

They don't want to give many hours. They show favorites to those who are yea men. They say they are top notch but they aren't. They just make their money over charge the client and make it seem they are doing something special. Very biased place it doesn't pay to work here. My advice don't waste your time.
