Pros

Meeting new people and residents helping others with their daily request in a professional manner.

Cons

Company takes advantage of their employees, didn’t allow us to leave the building or have any breaks on 8-12 hour shifts. HR will sweep any issues you have under the rug. I made a complaint to HR about my supervisor being unprofessional and harassing me as well as being discriminatory. They “resolved” it by taking me off the Worcester locations and trying to relocate me to Boston ma. When I was unable to relocate they let me go and lied and said I had a pattern of callouts which was false. I called out twice, once to watch my child and another because I had a bad infection in my face which prevented me from working. Terrible company, not for their employees on the lower levels

Pros

The process from applying to picking up a shift is quick. Took about three weeks. I've never had any problems with the residents of the buildings I've worked at.

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other nearby building, Regional Manager would like to keep employees at a under 30 hour work week, so that they wont have to give employees full time benefits and so he could get a bonus! If you stay longer than your shift time because the person relieving you isn't there your hours will be adjusted.
