Pros

You make money and have ok work benefits. The eating area was always nicely stocked.

Cons

Former Lead there was a creep and a perve to the female employees and upper management did little to nothing to protect them and he's still there. There is no centralized heating or cooling so it reaches over 100f in the summer and in the low 20s in the winter.
