Lack of knowledgeable management Promises made are often promises broken Clients are typically angry at the poor quality of work. The staff is often encouraged to finish work quickly in order to collect monthly payments from clients. Overall morale is very low.

This place will take a siginificant toll on your mental health. You will be belittled, gaslit, talked down to and made to feel small at every opportunity and then be fired without warning with no severance.
