Before April 2017, everything in the company was running swimmingly. Wage increases happened on a regular basis and everyone overall was happy with the direction of the company.
Cons
- The company was raided back in April of 2017 and no consueling was ever offered to those who were impacted by that raid. - The original owner is no longer running the company and because of that and the raid, the company has seen a massive drop in business. - The new management has fired over 50% of the staff since the beginning of 2018 and has denied them unemployment benefits to those employees. Employees were reassured that their jobs would be safe and the company was in good standing. - All of the work that was done in house by employees has now been sent off to India. Customers are told that all work is done in house. - Customers are frequently upset with the quality of work and the timespan it takes to get work done. Customer service is no longer a priority within the company, it's now all about how to get every last penny out of clients. - There is no Human Resources department. Upper management encourages employees not to come to them with issues that may pop up within the company.
