Cons
Someone said last year it was getting worse. This place is now unrecognizable. Like it's been previously stated, NKP was a highly profitable company and was the most known in the industry with a very good reputation until the demise of the CEO in 2017. New management took over and changed everything. CEO has unreal expectations and has hired managers to push these ridiculous requests. You are constantly bombarded with Messages, either group messages or Private Messages by these managers. You are constantly given google docs links to follow/read/fill out, meetings etc. We had an old but rather excellent in-house workflow system, that the CEO deemed unreliable, so now there is no easy way to organize projects/workflow. The fact that managers are not tech-savvy also doesn't help. Because these impossible expectations/due dates aren't met, CEO thinks people aren't working hard enough. So he has started taking away perks. Used to be laid back but busy place to work. Now managers are becoming hostile, and aren't shy to make it public in group chats. Nothing lasts forever.
