Pros
There are a few great people in the company who are very helpful and actually care.
Cons
Underpaid and overworked. Project managers and sales have no concept of project time (scope) and promise unrealistic deliverables and then become upset if the designer requests more time for completion. Upper management is a joke and a giant pushover. Asking for a respectable yearly raise may (will) get you fired. They are too afraid to confront talented employees and hope you stay docile and compliant and never have complaints or improvements for the company. It's clear they do not care about your development or even the company for that matter. NKP outsources a ton of its work so they can pad their wallets, boo! This also creates a time issue since half the employees are sleeping on the other side of the world..
