There is absolutely no structure to this company. There is no HR, leadership is very shady, they fire good people without warning and leave them in financial crisis, they SCAM customers and don't really do anything to help their websites. This company is going under and quickly. If you're a doctor who has hired them, run.

This place will take a siginificant toll on your mental health. You will be belittled, gaslit, talked down to and made to feel small at every opportunity and then be fired without warning with no severance.
