Pros
NRT is not the same company as it used to be. In the last several months, they acquired multiple businesses and entirely changed their business model with one goal in mind - keep your employees and customers happy, and the revenue will come. I'm glad to see this change is not just a promise. It's actually happening! There were many promotions in house, and the company is great in promoting from within. All you have to show is that you're committed, willing to listed and learn, and you bring ideas to the table. Nice benefits too.
Cons
You have to be flexible and open to new processes. This company is not your usual 9-5 do your job and be done employer. They'll expect your input on how you can improve your respective area, and will expect a quick response with a plan of action. Not truly a con, unless you just want a typical, somewhat boring office gig. You'll be expected to give your best every day, so careful not to throw off your work-life balance.
