You get free supplements sometimes, and good discounts.

Cons

They don't train anybody in safety. I watched people get injured or almost injured all the time. And they always blame some untrained operator who doesn't speak English for the problems instead of the bosses who don't train anybody.

There are some cool people, but they usually don't stay around long

Cons

Low pay, micromanaged, your last name is a key indicator of what your success will be in the company. Salaried employees are tracked like hourly employees. They've been sued multiple times for not disclosing the amount of lead in their supplements. There's this old guy who just walks around the office and stands way to close to all the women. Everything every other review says it spot on perfect.
