Pros

Some colleagues (Should I say, victims?) are amazing. More of a supportive therapeutic group since almost everybody works there until something better comes up. I know a couple of persons that left the company without having another job, just for their mental health.

Cons

- Despite what they want to demonstrate, this is not a big corporation. the products, the cost structure, and the target market do not support the structure that they want to maintain at all costs. The sales are terrible and the sales quota, by the time I worked there, was never achieved. - The upper management is awful. Psychological abuse (including insults) is very common. By the way, do not bother to contact HR to complain. They are even worst. - You will succeed if you have an internal sponsor. You cannot disagree with some key persons. Nepotism is the rule.

Pros

- Easy to talk to executives - Lots of social events in Montreal - Good technology (not product)

Cons

- Keep losing customers - Poor sales performance - Product lacks key capabilities and experiences - CEO is rarely visible - Leadership is almost completely removed from reality of customer experience and market - Constant turnover of employees - Nepotistic environment where strong relationships with the CEO trump everything like performance
