- Laid back atmosphere - Plenty of time off - Many fun things to do with coworkers (if in Montreal) - Great if you are a coder and just want to be left alone to code!
Cons
- Undifferentiated and poorly designed technology that fails to address basic customer needs - Terrible internal processes - More difficult to work with coworkers than it is with a customer or prospect because everything anyone needs is questions ad nauseum - Very confusing and complex review and compensation structure, this affects morale daily - Poor leadership and insufficient managers, many teams have no leader at all - Misunderstanding of customer needs - Poor prioritization of valuable lines of business vs. products that only a few customers use - Disconnected and absent CEO
